One day, God said to me, "Come and encourage my people. Many people believe they are not enough, when they are enough in my eyes.” I want you to remain hopeful and encouraged. No matter what a person has done or hasn’t done, it does not define your worth or value. I want you to imagine a vase. There's no water or plants in it yet. That does not take away that it’s still a vase. Does it devalue the vase just because it has not been filled with fancy things or designs? No, it’s still a vase. It will always have its purpose of being a vase. It will never lose its value because of the owner who created the vase. That owner is Jesus Christ. Even if that same vase is old and loses its texture and color, the value of the vase is not determined by what we put in it. It is determined by who is in it, which is Jesus. So why do you place value in other people in your life? The people and things you have are what are placed in that vase. Even if you have nothing, you still have everything because your creator is Jesus. Jesus is for you and believes in you and loves you. You are not defined by what others do or have not done. You are enough. You are worthy enough. God says the praise of men is a lie. We must learn not to fear men and only God. I encourage you today to believe in yourself. To know that nothing you, or anyone does will change the value you have in God. The flesh is dying, but the soul remains.Don’t listen to the devil. He is a liar. Dive into the word of God, get plugged in, whatever the eyes see, and the ears hear is what you feed your soul.
Questions to ponder Today:
Which are you feeding more? The Flesh or God
What lies are you consuming?
